Hi, I’m Ash. I’m a coach, breathwork facilitator, former design leader, creative, and lifelong student of how to make the most of our time here.

My work is rooted in creative living ~ the belief that there is no single blueprint for a meaningful life, only a deeply personal path shaped by listening inward and trusting what wants to emerge.

Before coaching, I spent eight years in tech leading design teams and building products. The deeper I got into leadership, the more interested I became in what helps people grow, thrive, and light up.

Today, I work with thoughtful humans, leaders, founders, and creatives who are ready to step into their next chapter with more presence, clarity, and joy.

My approach blends coaching, breathwork, somatic awareness, parts work, systems thinking, creativity and practical leadership experience.

My calendar is open for complimentary coaching sessions through September.

I spent much of my life trying to hide the things that set me apart: my sensitivity, my self-consciousness, my unique upbringing.

It seemed like everyone else had some rulebook to life that I was missing, and I had to work hard to not be discovered as a fraud ~ reading the room, adapting to different situations, playing it cool, doing things the “right” way.

And while these things helped me navigate the world, they also exhausted me.

Even when my life looked good from the outside, there was often this inner sense that something felt “off”. A sense of disconnection. A sense of “not quite this.”

I started questioning the idea that I needed to earn belonging by becoming someone else.

Through years of therapy, coaching, yoga, retreats and trainings, I began sharing parts of myself that I spent years trying to hide.

And, to my surprise, people didn't run away. Again and again, I discovered that the things I felt most ashamed of were often the very things that created connection. That inspired people. That drew people closer.

I began to realize that the parts of myself I had spent years trying to hide were actually the source of my greatest connection, intuition, empathy, and purpose.

Over time, I started to see these qualities not as flaws, but actually my greatest gifts. And not gifts that I have despite the things I’ve experienced, but because of them.

Today, the work I do is less about helping people become someone new and more about stepping more fully into who they already are.
